The Mind and Motion Society exists to create a supportive community where University of Calgary students can prioritize their mental and physical wellness. We understand that university life can be challenging, and we're here to help students navigate these challenges while maintaining their wellbeing.
We believe that a healthy mind and body are essential for academic success and personal fulfillment. Through our various programs, workshops, and community events, we provide students with the tools and support they need to thrive both academically and personally.
